Policies
Unexpected events happen to everyone occasionally. However, in an effort to be fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice is required when cancelling an appointment, allowing another client to take the appointment time. If you are unable to give 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged the full amount of the massage appointment, payable prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No Show Policy: If you choose not to attend your appointment or to notify your therapist, you will be charged the full amount of the massage appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to meet the scheduled time of the appointment following yours. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your therapist will determine whether or not there is enough time for the treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you may be responsible for the cost of the full session. Please be considerate to your therapist and other clients and plan to arrive on time.
Etiquette: I am a professional and I take my work seriously. By scheduling with me, you're indicating that you do, too. Inappropriate behavior and language will NOT be tolerated.
